Dr. Eric Thomas, aka ET the Hip-Hop Preacher, is a motivational speaker, author, and minister known for his high-energy speaking engagements. He is CEO of his own consulting firm, and has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and professional sports organizations.

Born in Chicago in 1970, Thomas grew up in Detroit, where he dropped out of high school and spent several years living on the streets.
